Rate Limits
Per-plan request limits and concurrency caps.
Rate limits are enforced per API key and workspace plan.

When a limit is exceeded, the API returns 429 TOO_MANY_REQUESTS.
Headers (Planned Format)
Rate limit headers are not exposed yet. The planned header format is:
