Include:
- The email address used for your BlitzReels account
- Your workspace name
- The surface you used: ChatGPT web, ChatGPT mobile, Codex, or another MCP client
- The action you attempted and the approximate time with timezone
- The visible error message and a screenshot when available
- The project, media, clip batch, or export name when relevant
Do not send passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens, private upload URLs, or payment card details.
Plugin and MCP issues
If the BlitzReels plugin cannot connect or call tools, disconnect and reconnect it once, then retry the same action. If the problem remains, send the client name, the failing action, and the visible error to support.
